Withdrawal and returns
In case you want to return a product you bought from our website this can be done within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt and as long as the product is in the same excellent condition in which you received it without violating their packaging. together with all the accompanying documents, the retail sales receipt as well as its packaging.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of the refund. After 10 days, the Greek official dealerships become responsible for any claim for the brands they represent with the guarantee covered by their product.

Shipping products
Crossjewel.gr undertakes the delivery of products throughout Greece free of charge without any charge for purchases over 80 € within 48 hours. If this is not possible for reasons of force majeure we will contact you to let us know if you wish to be sent with the new data.

Availability
Some of the products may be immediately available, some may be expected on set dates and for some we expect an update on the exact date of receipt.
You can send your order even for our not immediately available products and we will inform you in a reasonable time about the possible time of receipt and delivery to you.
In case you think that the time period does not satisfy you, you can request the withdrawal of the order for the specific product.

Responsibility of crossjewel.gr
All products are received by our suppliers packaged and crossjewel.gr does not bear any responsibility for defects or poor quality of products.
In case a proven defective product is found, crossjewel.gr assumes the responsibility of the repair with its own shipping costs.
In case of organized hackers attack with the aim of stealing users’ personal data, crossjewel.gr does not bear any responsibility. Users are protected because the system does not store the CVV codes of the cards nor any other information from your credit cards (card number, expiration date, etc.)

Advertising
Crossjewel.gr sends advertising and information messages to your e-mail address to informs its customers about new products.
Our company will not abuse the above service and the user can stop receiving advertising messages.

Compensation
We hereby expressly agree that in the event that any lawsuit, claim, administrative or judicial action is brought against the website of crossjewel.gr resulting from any form of infringement by the user,the user has the obligation to intervene in the relevant court proceedings and to compensate our website in case it is obliged to pay compensation or other expense.
